Cup Tasters Class with WCTC 2023 World Championship Champion Young Baek
Target Audience: People who want to improve their sensory skills and compete in the Cup Tasters Championships
In this class you will learn how to prepare for competition, tactics during competition, how to train at different levels, the variables of blend ratios, grind sizes and how to hone your technique to spot the most subtle characteristics.
Participants will experience the challenges of National and World Championship levels, learn through practical simulation exercises, develop protocols and techniques for determining the right cup in a high-pressure environment, and receive coaching from World Cup Tasters Champions.
By the end of the class, you will have a strong foundation and will understand the theory behind various training methods, best practices for optimal sensory skill development, and how to prepare yourself for success at the upcoming Japan Cup Tasters.
