Cup Tasting Asia Japan Tournament

If you have confirmed your participation, we will send you an email with details about how to participate in the tournament. Please be sure to enter your email address when making payment.

• The winner will receive a commemorative trophy and a prize of 200,000 yen.
• The ticket comes with an original demitasse cup that can be used for unlimited tasting at the coffee sales booth on the day!
  
• Cancellation is possible up to 3 weeks before the event. (Please let us know by DM or email.)
• No refunds will be given once the cancellation period has passed.
• Participants must arrive at the venue one hour before the event and have completed the check-in process.
• The start time may change. Please be sure to include your email address as we may send the changed start time etc. to tournament participants via email.
• Tournament Rules

We are currently recruiting volunteers for the tournament! Volunteers can also participate in the tournament! There are various benefits for volunteers. Please help make the tournament more exciting as an organizer! If you would like to volunteer, please write "I would like to participate as a volunteer" in your cart.

*Payment can only be made by bank transfer. Please make sure the name on the transfer matches the name on your order.

*If you are placing multiple orders or if the names of the participants and the person placing the order are different, please be sure to state the names of the participants in the cart notes.
